Answer: We strive to make sure our system is as infallible as is possible,
but, sometimes we do have a few technical problems. If you have not got your
confirmation then telephone us on +44 (0) 1904 338885 and
we will get it manually resent to you A.S.A.P.
Question: Where is the hotel / B&B located, and how do I get there?
Answer: The confirmation email sent following a booking of accommodation
provides a full address, directions and transport information for all hotels
and B&B's provided to us by the establishments themselves. If they don't
know how to get there no one will.
Question: What is provided in the price? Is breakfast included?
Answer The individual hotel pages that you view give definitive details regarding
the facilities, services and what is included in your booking price. This is
stipulated on an individual hotel by hotel basis. There should also be confirmation
of this on the booking pages as you go through our system. If it does not say
breakfast included then it will be charged for separately by the hotel.
Question: How do I cancel my booking?
Answer: The confirmation email sent following a booking of accommodation provides details for cancellation. There is a link that allows you to cancel your booking.
Question: What is there to see whilst I am there?
Answer: The site of the city is a unique online city guide, providing details of the main tourist attractions, historic buildings, museums with individual reviews and recommendations as well as information regarding the local public houses, restaurants, nightclubs and shopping facilities.
